We are committed to developing the careers of our young members and international students, and regularly hold the Student Export Academy (SEA). For those who are able to play an active role, we provide opportunities such as practical internships with our company. As a "student hub base between Japan and overseas," we will form networks with young people overseas through Japanese food culture exchange and hold events, and also work to develop the next generation of leaders and educate export talent.

現場で必要な輸出スキルの習得
輸出業務は実践してこそ習得できるスキルです。貿易書類の作成、商社・生産者とのコミュニケーション、商品梱包から納品に至るまで、現場で求められるスキルを実際の輸出業務を通して身につけることができます。

全国の若手ネットワーク構築
学生時代に培ったネットワークは長い将来の中で自分の財産となります。弊社の全国若手/学生インターンシップ生、コンサルタントと連携しながら、チームでプロジェクトを達成させる経験ができます。

社員登用制度の提供
インターン後にも活躍頂けるメンバーには社員登用制度を用意しています。インターンで習得したスキルをもとにキャリアアップに向けた新たなチャレンジや自身のさらなるスキルアップが可能です。

Project 01
SEA（Student Export Academy）
Aglinでは未来を担う学生を対象とした、SEA（Student Export Academy）を設立し、食品業界やコンサルティング業界に関心のある担い手育成・スタートアップ支援を行います。月1回勉強会・コミュニティ内（slack）での情報交換を実施しておりますので、ご関心のある方は下記よりお申し込みをお待ちしております。
対面・オンラインでの勉強会実施（月1回）

山形県のさくらんぼ農家にお伺いし、輸出に向けた課題の洗い出し・新規販路先の紹介等を行いました！

これまで約20名以上のメンバーが参画し、全国各地の学生での勉強会を実施し、輸出に向けたビジネス立案・将来に向けた進路相談等を行いました！

大学での講演活動
Aglinでは全国の大学機関（東京・大阪・沖縄など）と連携しながら、全国での講演活動も行っております。農林水産物・食品の輸出をはじめ、社会人に向けたマインドセットに関する授業などを行いながら、若い方の未来づくりに向けたご支援をさせていただいております。講演依頼がある方は、コンタクトよりご連絡をお待ちしております。
